Purple Toe
No accomplishments to list right now, just wanted to vent that my pinkie toe is swollen and purple and might very well be broken (not that it would make any difference, since even if it was broken, doctors can't do anything for it). I stubbed it last night on LP's high chair. She's got the solidest greatest high chair ever, and apparently it's so solid that it might very well smash your toe to pieces.
Tonight is one of those nights. Nate is out with some friends having a boy's night (well deserved too, he left after LP was in bed for the night), and I'm here figuring out what to do with myself. No baby (she's asleep), no husband, full access to the Internet and television. So here I am writing about my inane problems and debating what to put on TV. So much junk to watch, so little time....
For all our sakes, I hope this toe problem sorts itself out soon. I'd hate for it to be broken, because the only "cure" for that is to keep it elevated and not walk too much. Which... riiiight. We live in Brooklyn, I walk everywhere, and LP likes to go to the park. It probably didn't help that we took a day trip today via subway, so I've been walking on it all day. I can literally feel my blood pulsing on it. *sigh*
