The whole process was fun. Nothing too special, as we just got a beer kit from Target. Still, the process was long, with two different wait period for the beer to ferment. In the end the taste was a bit strange. I'm not sure if we did something wrong, or if this type of homemade beer is destined to resemble cider.
Mix ingredients from the kid together
Wait three weeks, then bottle on used carbonated bottles mixed with sugar mix.
Let sit for another two weeks.
